Hello all
Today i am here with my new post that reviewed a phone which is not yet launched in India but will be launched very soon. I am here to provide you my initial impression and quick review of Xiaomi Mi Note 2 so that you can make your mind if you are waiting for this smartphone. Lets get started.
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 (My Initial Impression)
Xiaomi is going to launch Mi Note 2 (successor of Mi Note) in India very soon. This is going to be Xiaomi First Smartphone with Dual curved edges. And like the previous generation of Mi Note which has a large display and nothing else, this phone follows the same path. The Xioami Note 2 has large dual curved edge display that too with no additional functionality that we have seen in Samsung Curved edge Smartphones. The Dual Edge Screen is Just to show off and even the Xiaomi agreed to this by stating " Curved to Impress". This is the main and only feature that attracts you to buy this phone. The display is 5.7" OLED display that has twice the blue colour than that of Red and Yellow colour which makes the display blueish when seeing from side ways, This phone has the same processor i.e SD 821 that Xiaomi used in Mi 5. Mi Note 2 offers a Front camera of 8MP f/2.0 with autofocus and Back camera of 22.56MP Sony camera lens with dual LED Flash. Both the camera lens works good in Day light condition while disappoint in the low light and in night mode. You can record 4k videos with 30 FPS but the camera lack Optical Image Stabilization feature. Phone has dual SIM option but has no option to increase Storage of the Phone. This phone comes in variants one with 64GB Storage and 4GB RAM while the higher variant has 6GB RAM and 128GB Storage. Phone feels very slim in hand due to curved edges in both the sides of the phone. The phone has a battery capacity of 4070 mAh that we already see in Redmi Note 3,Redmi 3S and Redmi Note 4 as well. The Battery will not disappoint the user at all and last for more than a Day with fair usage. Phone uses a USB C-Type port and the speaker placed in the bottom of the phone. Phone has each and every sensor and also supports NFC. Phone runs on Xiaomi own.s customized UI i.e. MIUI 8 based on Android 6.1 which is somehow disappointing for all of us. Let's see what is under the hood of Xiaomi Mi Note 2.

My Verdict
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is just a Mi 5 with large curved edge display. The expected price of this phone will going to be more than Rs.25k which makes the device "Not a Good buy for the Price". Well the price and the phone is yet to be launched in India so we can only make predictions.
