How to make Voice and Video Call using Reliance Jio SIM on non-Volte 4G Smartphones

Nowadays one can see long Que in the front of Reliance Digital store and in front of Liquor shop as well. With the official launch of Reliance Jio last month, Everyone who has a 4G enabled smartphone rushing to the nearest Reliance Digital Store to get one to make the unlimited High speed 4G Data,SMS,Voice and Video calling for Free upto 31st December 2016. While some of the Jio user able to use all the mention service but some can't make Voice and Video calls using their Jio sim just because their 4G enabled smartphone doesn't support Volte (Voice over LTE). Well all these phone are 4G enabled Smartphones and they do support Reliance Jio sim but the condition is that all the above phone doesn't support Volte and to make the Voice and Video calls, the user has to follow these simple steps:-
1. Using the Phone App:-
There are some smartphone that does support Volte but the feature will be disable by the manufacturer of the smartphone and user manually enabled this feature in their smartphones. The manufacturer may provide a software update soon to make this feature available to Volte supported device, But till that one can dial *#*#4636#*#* from the phone app using the Reliance Jio sim. Then follow the below procedure
Phone App> Dial *#*#4636#*#*>Phone Information>Turn on Volte feature by scrolling down





2.If the above trick doesn't work in your smartphone then this will work for sure.
  • Download Jio4Gvoice app from the Google Play store and Apple App store for free.
  • Open the App and allow the app to be the default messaging app of your Smartphone and click 'Allow' on all the pop-ups display on the app screen. That's it you are ready to make free Voice and Video calls using the Jio4Gvoice app.

Note:- You can only make free calls or send free sms using the Jio4Gvoice app only via Reliance Jio sim.

      You should try the 2nd option by using the jio 4G Voice App....Hope it works

    i have Alcatel X1 mobile both the options are not worked.
    processor is qualcomm MSM8929 snapdragon 415, ican use internet but cant use call ,voice4g app is not working always offline and when I try to online then msg comming is"configration update required"

      Unfortunately you will not be able to use video calling feature in your Asus Zenfone 3 Laser through the stock dialer but you can dowload the Jio4GVoice app to do video calling or alternatively you can download other video calling App like Skype,IMO and Whatsapp.
