Hello friends, today i am going to share some useful information with you about the Rooting. Rooting is a process done in an Android device to attain privileged control over the android subsystem. This mean a android user can do almost everything in a rooted device which a non rooting unable to do. A person can uninstall the pre-installed apps that are not at all useful for the user. This apps are installed by the manufacturer to earn some money from the app developer. This apps also knows as bloatware. This is just the basic use of rooting, a user with rooted device can do a lot more.

Lets talk about the advantages of Rooting :-
There is a long list of advantages that a user get after rooting but i am sharing some common advantages with you.
1. Full Access:- The main advantage of rooting is that a user get the full access over his android device and can customize the device as per his need.

2. Easy Task :- Rooting becomes a easy task as there are many tutorials available to get the step by step guide of How to root an Android device.

3.  Make Fun of Others :-  A user with rooted device can taste the user interface that he found in other's device. Like a Sony smartphone user can taste the Samsung's Touch-wiz UI by flashing the custom rom available on the internet.

4. Limitless Customization :- A user with rooted device can change the default setting like increase the Speakers volume, Loudness in Headphone, Mic Volume etc.

Now moves to the disadvantages of Rooting :-
As every thing has both merits and demerits, so does the rooting process. We already discussed the most common advantages of rooting, now we figure out some most common disadvantages of rooting that create problem for the Android user.

1. Warranty Void :- The most important thing to know about Rooting is that it is not a legal process and hence void your smartphone's warranty. So do note this fact before rooting your phone. If anything goes wrong with the device in between the rooting process or after rooting than Service Center refuse to repair your phone in warranty. Although there are ways to get rid of this but that's a different thing and will discuss later.

2. Can Damage your Phone :- Rooting your device is not that easy in some case and user may end up in breaking(Damaging) their phone. Some the SD card which is used in rooting process also get damaged. This the reason why all the tutorials write the warning that "they will not be responsible for any loss".

3. Privacy Issues :- A Rooted device can be easily attack by the hackers. So Rooting makes the android device prone to hacker attach which is the biggest threat of rooting.

Methods:-
There are many different methods available for rooting that vary in difficulty level and depends upon the hardware used in the Android Device.
1. A user of Android Device in which Mediatek processor is used can simply flash the rooting file available on internet using SP Flash Tool (can search by typing 'How to root DEVICE NAME' on google)
2. Device with Android version lower than 5.0 i.e Lollipop can simple root your device using some android applications like Kingo Root,King Root etc.
3. Some device that has locked bootloader needs some extra work to do. A user have to unlock the bootloader first than only proceed to further process.

An Android user who want to root his device can check out XDA website to get the complete 'How to do' Guide.
